Hydraulic cylinder handling system by hydraulic power unit located at the top of the extruder with electric drive. The advantage of the electric drive combined with the hydraulic pump makes an oil flow to the hydraulic extrusion cylinder more linear making the system more precise in adjustments even at low pressures.
Mobile bowl lifting bench with starting position for bowl insertion at floor level. Ability to customize the vertical stroke and thus consequently the discharge height from the ground. The mobile bench is made with a very sturdy structure complete with bowl centering guides and safety sensors that read the correct bowl position to start the machine cycle.
Very robust automatic bench locking and unlocking system by cylinders complete with safety sensors.
Extruder with a very sturdy gantry type frame constructed of sheet iron with thicknesses appropriate for the pressures developed by the hydraulic cylinder.
