The ZANELLI technological laboratory is at the service of the customer and has the purpose of testing the effectiveness of the machines in the processing of specific products of low, medium, high and very high viscosity, in order to obtain the technical data and parameters necessary to configure the most suitable machine to the economic and production needs of the client.
The machines available in the ZANELLI LABORATORIES are equipped with instruments for monitoring and data collection such as: temperature probes, vacuum pump, overpressure, heating/cooling of the mixer, variable speed of the tools, all managed by a supervision system which allows you to collect all the data and trends of the values during the tests.
Our attention is focused on reproducing to scale, as far as possible, the functional characteristics and structural properties of industrial size machines.
After completing the tests, the results are examined together with the customer and with the help of our Technical Department, which has consolidated experience, we are able to calculate the most suitable machine or production plant based on the technical and customer economics.
