Hydraulic cylinder handling system by means of a hydraulic unit positioned in the upper part of the extruder with pneumo-hydraulic motorisation.
Mobile bowl lifting bench with starting position for bowl insertion at floor level. Ability to customize the vertical stroke and thus consequently the discharge height from the ground. The mobile bench is made with a very sturdy structure complete with bowl centering guides and safety sensors that read the correct bowl position to start the machine cycle.
Very robust automatic bench locking and unlocking system by cylinders complete with safety sensors.
Base plates with appropriate holes for floor fixing. Removable front and side panels screwed down for easy maintenance.
