Hydraulic cylinder handling system by hydraulic power unit located at the top of the extruder with electric drive. The advantage of the electric drive combined with the hydraulic pump makes an oil flow to the hydraulic extrusion cylinder more linear making the system more precise in adjustments even at low pressures.
Fixed tank support bench with the possibility of customizing the discharge height from the floor made of very strong iron carpentry complete with tank guides and safety sensors that read the correct position of the tank to start the machine cycle. The height of the fixed bench from the ground is defined in the design phase in order to adapt the machine to the specific needs of the customer.
Extruder with a very sturdy gantry type frame constructed of sheet iron with thicknesses appropriate for the pressures developed by the hydraulic cylinder.
Base plates with appropriate holes for floor fixing. Removable front and side panels screwed down for easy maintenance.
Closed safety guards in the working position on the tank loading side of the wire mesh type with electrical micro-switches.
